Norma Elizabeth Tate, 85, longtime Seminole resident, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 30, 2020.
Norma was born November 3, 1934 in Colony, Oklahoma to Stewart and Olive (Gyles) Barnes.
Norma married Floyd James Tate on July 25, 1959.
Norma leaves to cherish her memories of her daughter Cathy Sims of Seminole, Oklahoma, Tim Tate of Seminole, Oklahoma, her sister Dixie Hayes of Gary, Oklahoma, her brother Mack Barnes of Colony, Oklahoma, her grandchildren whom she loved dearly; Lynsie Jana’ Stay, Kaylee Brook Swett, Tyler Tate, and Krystyn Tate and three great grandchildren; Lukas Edison Stay, Briana Elizabeth Stay, and Trett Timothy Tate.
A celebration of life graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at Maple Grove Cemetery, in Seminole, Oklahoma. Rev. Drew Isaacs will officiate at the service.
The family will greet friends and family at the funeral home for a visitation on Monday, May 4, 2020 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M.
