Earl Gene Bryce, age 79 and a resident of Konawa, Oklahoma, passed away at his home Sunday, May 3, 2020.
A memorial service will be planned at a later date, and cremation is under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa.
Earl was born August 28, 1940 in Los Angeles, California.
His parents were Hayden Woodrow Bryce and Virginia Marie (Yancey) Bryce.
He attended college and became a maintenance technician for Lucent Technology communications.
He married Wanda Bounds on June 30, 1997 in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Bryce of the home; one son, Shawn Roberts of Konawa; three daughters, Jamie Bryce of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Kim Worchester of Konawa, and Suzanne Smith of Ada, Oklahoma; one sister, Phyllis Harmon of Shawnee; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hayden and Virginia Bryce; and two brothers, Dean Golden and Gene Atkinson.
