Linda Sue Martin age 72, passed away Monday, August 14, 2023 in Seminole, OK. She was born October 20, 1950 in Wewoka, OK to Oscar Merritt and Cora Green.

She enjoyed reading, gardening, and spending time with family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, brothers, Oscar Bunner, Charles Merritt, Wesley Green Jr, sister, Ostie Harjo, three nephews, and one niece.

Linda is survived by her children, Ashlee and Sam Lawler of OKC, OK, Quinn Marin of Seminole, OK, Elean and Monte Tedlock of Velma-Alma, OK, Jimmy Mills of Seminole, OK, grandchildren, Davey Martin of OKC, OK, Jacob Martin of Seminole, OK, Miles Martin of Seminole, OK, Brice Mills of OKC, OK, Kelcey and Alec Graichen of OKC, OK, Tanner Tedlock of Velma-Alma, OK, siblings, Mary Woods of Konawa, OK, Billy Merritt of Seminole, OK, Kizzie Wildcat of Wetumka, OK along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Wake service to be held from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at Stout-Phillips Chapel in Wewoka, OK.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Sand Creek Eufaula Baptist Church in Wewoka, OK. Officiating will be Pastor Houston Tiger and assisting him will be Ricky Deere.

Pallbearers: Quinn Marin, Davey Martin, Jacob Martin, Miles Martin, Brice Mills, Jimmy Mills, Sam Lawler.

Honorary Pallbearers: Ron Holata, Moses Merritt, Glen Lean, Mvskoke Yargee, Michael Bunner.
