Christopher Dockrey

Christopher Robert Dockrey passed away at the age of 44 at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born February 10, 1977, in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Robert Edward Dockrey and Iris Renee McGee. He grew up in Brooksville, Oklahoma and was a high school graduate. He attended Seminole State College and Rhema Bible College.

Christopher is survived by his wife; Loretta Dockrey, his mother; Iris Renee McGee, his daughter; Laveda Dockrey, his brothers; Theodore Dockrey and his wife Jessica and Joseph Dockrey, his sisters; Malita Green and her husband Michael and Candace Dockrey. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Dockrey and his grandparents Lee and Laveda Dockrey.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 15, 2021 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Shawnee, Oklahoma with Pastor Eddie Riley officiating. Burial will follow at Johnson Cemetery on Garrett’s Lake Road in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
