Charlotte Bottom

Charlotte Ann (Crothers) Bottom, age 75 and a longtime resident of Macomb, Oklahoma, passed away July 1, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 6, 2023 at the First Baptist Church of Asher, Oklahoma under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa, Oklahoma. Donnie Gee will officiate, and burial will follow at Vista Cemetery. The family will receive guests at the funeral home 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Charlotte was born March 10, 1948 in Danville, Illinois to Robert L. Crothers and Zelma A. (Cook) Crothers. She graduated from Shawnee High School, and she married Eddie Wayne Bottom December 16, 1966 in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

She is survived by one son, Eddie Wayne Bottom, Jr. and wife, Kristin of Asher, Oklahoma; two daughters, Melanie Keck-Rush and husband, Steven of Madill, Oklahoma, and Steffanie Fleming and husband, Daniel of Asher, Oklahoma; two brothers, Robert L. Crothers, Jr. of Oklahoma City, and Lynn A. Crothers of Shawnee; one sister, Judy Mullinax and husband, Randy of Shawnee; six grandchildren, Andy Fleming, Sean Fleming, and four great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie W. Bottom on May 22, 2023; her parents, Robert and Zelma Crothers; and two brothers, Jeffery and Gregory Crothers
