One man is in jail after allegedly stealing a vehicle. According to police reports, Deputy Gary Brooks with the Seminole County Sheriff’s Department received a phone call about a vehicle being tracked by On Star, a vehicle safety and security system, around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 12.
