Mozella Larney

Mozella W. Larney, age 83, passed away May 9, 2020 at her home in Seminole, Oklahoma.

She was born September 29, 1939 in Seminole County to parents Simon Warledo and Lizzie (Johnson) Warledo.

She married Thomas George Larney, Sr. in 1958.

She worked as a Director of Child Welfare and was a CHR transporter. She was also a personal care provider at Med-Corp Plus in Seminole.

Mozella is survived by her sons; Simon Larney of Seminole, Oklahoma, Travis Larney of Wewoka, Oklahoma, Micheal Larney of Seminole, Oklahoma and Thomas Larney of Seminole, Oklahoma, daughters; Susanna Deere of Moore, Oklahoma and Rebecca Romero of Hot Springs, Arkansas, brothers; Benny Warledo of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Roy Warledo of Seminole, Oklahoma, sisters; MaryAnn Warledo of Seminole, Oklahoma and Augustine Rodriguez of Tulsa, Oklahoma, thirteen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas G. Larney, Sr., daughter; Carla Larney, son; Sonny Larney, sister; Romana Harjo and brothers; Johnson, Jack and Jimmy Warledo.

Services for Mozella were held on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at her home in Seminole. Burial followed at Hitchitee Church Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
