Jimmy Jack Gantt passed away Monday, March 30th, 2020 in Catoosa Oklahoma.
He was born July 20th, 1956 in Tulsa Oklahoma to James Gantt and Barbara Rose Cantrell.
Jimmy Jack was self employed as a Glass Installation specialist for many years.
He is preceded in death by his biological father James Gantt, Maurice Forhan and his mother, Barbara Roses Spurrier.
He is survived by his daughters, Tracey Elizabeth Bankston of Jenks, Jennifer Gantt, grandson, Bankston, siblings, Margaret Rose of Tulsa, Leesa Choate of Sasakwa Mary Ruth Forhan of Phoenix, Arizona, Joseph Kent Forhan of Tulsa and Charles Walter Forhan of Muskogee.
Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Services are under the direction of Stout-Phillips Funeral Home.
