Idalena Warden
Idalena (Larney) Warden, 68-year-old Shawnee, Oklahoma resident and former Seminole resident, died Monday, Nov. 11, 2019 at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
She was born Oct. 10, 1951 in Seminole to parents Malinda (Alexander) Mitchell and John Larney.
Idalena worked as a laundress in the dry cleaning industry.
Survivors include mother Malinda (Mitchell) Alexander; father John Larney; three sonsm Duane Cornell Ataddlety and Christopher Don Ataddlety, both of Shawnee and Brian Keith Mitchell of Seminole; two daughters, Annette Ataddlety and her spouse Nathan Barber of Seminole, abd Memory Mae
Mitchell and her spouse Jason Stumblingbear of Shawnee; one brother, Simon Larney of Konawa; two sisters, Cecelia Barnett of Wetumka, and Shirley Walters of Shawnee; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Idalena was preceded in death by her husband Alex Mack Warden who died Sept. 18, 2016; by one daughter, Lydia Lynn Mitchell; by one son, Daniel Ataddlety; by four sisters and two brothers.
Wake services are scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 17 from 5-7 p.m. at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m., Monday, Nov. 18, at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel. Kevin Fox and Mr. Manning will officiate the service.
Casketbearers will be Derrek Mitchell, Nathaniel Barber, Anthony Barber, Brian Q. Mitchell, Mark Washington Jr., Jacob Ataddlety and Michael Mitchell.
Honorary bearers will be Tim Bear, David Walters, Joe Burgess, Joshua Larney and Kent Alford.
