David Neal Weaver, age 63 and a resident of Konawa, Oklahoma, passed away at his home August 18, 2024.

A memorial service will be planned at a later date, and cremation is under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa. David was born October 30, 1960 in Vernon, Texas to Walter Frank Weaver and Bessie Mae (Bowland) Weaver. He was a graduate of Konawa High School, and he was a Chief Pipeline Coding Inspector for the oil and gas industry. He was a former Marine, and he attended the First Baptist Church of Konawa when he was growing up. David loved woodworking, and most of all, he loved his family.

He is survived by one son, Kris Weaver and wife, Miranda of Harrison, Arkansas; four brothers, Roger Weaver and wife, Kim of Konawa, Doug Weaver of Arizona, Mark Weaver of Houston, Texas, and Keith Weaver and wife, Jeanne of Ohio; three sisters, Betty Smith and husband, Jim of Payette, Idaho, Susan Bauer of Grove, Oklahoma, and Lori Allen and husband, Jason of Konawa; two grandchildren, Atticus and Harper Weaver; a host of nieces and nephews; and numerous other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Danny Frank Weaver, and one niece, Heather Nicole Weaver.
