Carol Ann Narcomey
Carol Ann Narcomey, age 66, began her journey to be with her ancestors, and relatives on March 22, 2024 in Seminole, Oklahoma. She was born in Talihina, on January 08, 1958. Carol was one of eight children. She was loved by many and will be missed.
Her parents, William B. Narcomey and Dorothy J. Narcomey preceded her in death, as well as Brother Timothy Don Narcomey, and sister Valerie Rose Narcomey. She is survived by her children and grandchildren, Micco Cummings (Devin Cummings, Karter Cummings, Lyryc Cummings, Juleah Cummings), Crystal Springwater (Michelle Lee Warledo, Cyera Skye Warledo, Fredro Taibios Warledo, Dutton Leon Warledo, and 5 Great grandchildren), Sheena Haney (Xavier Jones, Alec Jones, Rachel Jones, Mary Jane Jone), Joe Haney (Presler Haney), Micheal Haney. Brother David W (Cynthia) Narcomey, Darlene (Bill) Satepauhoodle, Terry Lee Narcomey, Mary Narcomey, Lenora Narcomey and 18 Nieces and Nephews.
She went to school at Bowlegs, Oklahoma. She was a fiercely independent “Estecate Hokte” Carol was a proud citizen of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, has always been active in family and political social issues, was an active member of the “Seminole Treaty” Group, always participating in “Awareness walks, demonstrations, family reunions, birthday parties, and other family and political social events.
Carol enjoyed her family, and was always willing to give her last, to help out, She was always willing to do anything for her family and friends, and help in whatever the cause was.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., March 26, 2024 under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma. Officiating services are Houston Tiger, with internment at the “Hayecha” Family cementary. Pallbearers are: William Narcomey, Phillip Kowena, Chisse Narcomey, Tim Franklin, Matthew Williams, Bill Satepauhoodle Jr..
Honorary Pallbearers are: Austin Satepauhoodle, Calvin Warledo, Danny Haney, Sandy Haney, Phillip Peacore, Steve Fixico, Darron, Tom Posey, Earnest, Larry Berryhill, Randall Harjo and Bill Satepauhoodle.
