Ima Jean Long

Ima Jean Long, a longtime resident of Sasakwa, after a long battle with illness, passed away Monday, August 14, 2023 in Seminole, OK. She was born November 8, 1954 in Wewoka, OK to the late Everet M. Long and Ima Joan Reich.

She is survived by her children, Jeremy Douglas of Louisiana, Rachel Knox and spouse Jeff Knox of Konawa, OK, Elizabeth Long of Sasakwa, OK, five nephews, one niece, five grandchildren, sisters, Linda Wyrick of Sasakwa, OK, Nancy Neill and spouse Ace Neill of Sasakwa, OK, sister in law, Mary Long of Kansas, and longtime friend Jim Long of Maud, OK.

Graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, August 18, 2023 at Oakwood Cemetery in Wewoka, OK with Kent Dow officiating.
