On 9 June 2023, Tommy Baugus Sr. 80, of Seminole, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at home with his children by his side.

Tommy, the middle of ten children, was born on July 30, 1942, to Henry Valentine Baugus and Leona Price in Sherman, Texas.

Tommy was predeceased by his father, Henry Baugus; his mother, Leona Price-Tudor; his wife, Ruth Ann Baugus; brothers, James Baugus, Bryant Allen Baugus, Tim Baugus and sisters, Omadean Baugus, and Vivian Stewart.

He is survived by his children Beverly Thomas, Brenda Chambers (Kenny), Tommy Baugus (Sammi), and Angela Baugus; four grandchildren, multiple great grandchildren; brother, Clem Baugus (Debbie); sister, Leona Young (Dewey) and many other family and friends.

Services were held on Monday 12 June 2023 at 1:00pm at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK. Reception to follow in the family room.
