Lakeisha is survived by her parents, Bryan and Toie Perry of Wewoka, OK, children, Tyzshawn Martin of Wewoka, sisters, Nicole Simpson of Wewoka, OK, Brandy Perry of Wewoka, OK, Keana Perry of Norman, OK, along with other relatives and friends.
