Billie Carol Price of Shawnee died early Thursday, October 13th, 2022 at home peacefully in bed at the age of 67.

Carol was a warm hearted and caring woman. She never went anywhere without bumping into someone she knew and having a friendly conversation. Carol mostly worked as a waitress and made many friends. She waited at Benton’s Cafe and The Rainbow, Baileys, and many others where she made lifelong friends Carol is proceeded in death by her mother and father, her brothers Rex Stuck and Larry Little, and her grandson Jacob Osborn. She is survived by her sisters Glenda Watson and Phyllis Reins, her daughter Stacy Watts

DDRRUUGG and her son Everett Bagley, and her grandchildren Dylan Harris, Gracy Osborn, Elizabeth Adams, Margaret Bagley and Hazel Bagley.

A memorial service will be held at Living Word Church, 3831 N Kickapoo Ave, on Saturday October 22 at noon.
