Genevieve Jones

Genevieve Jones, longtime Maud resident, passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at her home, at the age of 100. Genevieve was born on March 12, 2022 in Los Angeles, CA. She married W. H. Jones on August 27, 1944 in Nevada.

Genevieve is survived by three sons, Billy Jones and wife, Gail of Michigan, Frank Jones of Maud, OK and Robert Jones of Maud, OK; daughter, Linda Mendoza of Maud, OK; 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 16 great great grandchildren and many other family and friends.

Genevieve was preceded in death by her parents; one brother and two sisters.

Genevieve was liked by everyone and known for her sweetness. She was a wonderful woman.

Viewing will be Wednesday, October 5, 2022 from

Jones

noon until 7:00 p.m. and Thursday, October 6, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
