Rebecca June (Young) George, age 81, passed away peacefully surrounded by her husband of 65 years William “Buddy” George, and their 3 daughters.
Rebecca “Becky” was born to Garland and Birdie (Minter) Young, on December 21, 1940, in Holdenville, OK.
She was preceded in death by her father, mother, her siblings Gilbert Young, Barbara Leftwich, Robert Young, and Wanda Marino, Son-in-law James Ling, and Granddaughter Johanna Judd.
She is survived by her husband, William “Buddy” George; daughters, Cynthia & Russell Judd of Claremore, OK, Regina & Tom Sipe of Rhome TX, and Anastasia & Stephen Howard of Catoosa, OK; brother, Andy Young, and sister, Audrey Arnold; 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be at 10:30 A.M., Friday, August 5, 2022 at Vamoosa Cemetery in Vamoosa, Oklahoma with Russell Judd officiating.
Pallbearers: Brandon Ling, Conrad Ling, Bradlee Sipe, Dolan Ling, Evan Ling.
Honorary Pallbearers: Keith Leftwich, Jeff Young, Michael Stidham, Mark Young, Danny Surrency, Rob George.
