Charles “Chuck” Cecil Cherry passed away May 20, 2022 in Wewoka, Oklahoma. He was born in Westminster, California to Dr. Kenneth Arman Cherry and Jane Cherry (Hood).
Charles attended Holdenville High School. After High School, Charles joined the Army. Charles loved to fish and be around friends and family. He always liked to cut up and have a good time. He could make friends anywhere he went.
He is preceded in death by his father Dr. Kenneth Arman Cherry. Charles is survived by his mother Jane Cherry (Hood); brother Kenneth Cherry Jr. (Ana) of Tucson, AZ; sister Susan Little (Bryan) of Shawnee, OK; brother Jeffrey Cherry (René) of Ft. Gibson, OK; 7 nieces and nephews; and 7 great nieces and nephews.
A Public Viewing will be held Monday, May 23, 2022 from 4-8 at Resthaven Funeral Home in Shawnee, Oklahoma. A Graveside will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 11 AM at Resthaven Memorial Park in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Live Streaming will be available via Resthaven’s Facebook page.
