Dennis Fish

Dennis Gene Fish went to his Eternal Home in Glory Friday, January 15, 2021 at the age of 65 .

He was born April 14, 1955 to Josephine (Factor-Fish) Hulsey and the late Solomon (Sonny) Fish in Wewoka, Oklahoma. Dennis graduated from Konawa High School in 1974. He worked for the Oklahoma Department of Corrections and retired from there being CLEET certified, fire arms instructor and Expert Marksman. After his retirement Dennis went on to work several years for JPATS/US Marshall’s Air Service.

Preceding Dennis in death are his father Solomon (Sonny) Fish, brother Bennie Lloyd Fish, maternal grandmother Lou Jean Choate Factor and maternal grandfather “Big” John Factor.

Those left to cherish Dennis memories are his wife Katherine Louise Wathan Fish of the home, mother Josephine Hulsey of the home, son Nicholas Scott Wathan-Wetterer, son Dennis Gene Fish Jr., 1 grandson, 3 granddaughters, son Kenneth (Kenny) Solomon Fish; sister Sharon Burgess of Wewoka and sister Lucy Kelough of Seminole, OK.

A viewing service will be held on Wednesday , January 20, 2021 at Stout-Phillips Chapel from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Akasvmkv Baptist Church, Wewoka, OK with Reverend Dan Factor officiating and burial to follow at Tate Mountain Cemetery.

The family ask that you wear mask and honor social distancing.
