Frances Ann Cox Dolan, 76, of Shawnee, passed away December 6, 2020 in Shawnee.
She was born September 22, 1944 to Jim and Wilma (Aylor) Cox in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
She graduated from Seminole High School in 1962.
She was married to D.E. “Skip” Dolan on October 7, 1978 for 42 years.
Frances is survived by one sister Diana Cox Knowles, one niece and several nephews.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents Jim and Wilma Cox, one brother James David Cox, one sister Susan Cox Wilcox, and husband D.E.”Skip” Dolan.
