Ronnie Heard

Ronnie Lee Heard passed away Thursday, July 11th, 2019 in Oklahoma City.

Ronnie was born November 17th, 1949 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Louie Heard and Zella Barkhimer Heard. He attended New Model Schools and later graduated from New Lima High School. Ronnie married Linda Dansby October 22, 1971 at Garr Corner.

Ronnie worked as a purchasing agent for H B Coates Roofing and enjoyed spending time with his coworkers. Ronnie enjoyed watching sports, spending time with his grandchildren and family, hunting, fishing, watching wildlife, the outdoors and animals. Ronnie never met a stranger, he enjoyed visiting with people.

Ronnie is survived by his wife, Linda Heard, his children, Machelle Clark of Norman, OK, Tim and wife Heather Heard of Wewoka, grandchildren, Kaitlyn and husband Tommy Sheppard of Blanchard, Kaleb Heard of Norman, Tanner and wife Kasey Clark of Holdenville, Hannah Heard of Wewoka, Jaiden Clark of Norman and Logan Heard of Wewoka, great grandchildren, Kylee, Braxton and one on the way, brother, Buddy Heard and wife Kathleen of Wewoka and numerous other relatives and friends.

Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Melba Joyce Parker.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday July 15, 2019 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with Rodney Troglin officiating. Interment will follow at Tate Mountain Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Kaleb Heard, Logan Heard, Tanner Clark, Tommy Sheppard, Joe Dansby, Scott Parker and Tim Heard.

Honorary Pallbearer is Braxton Clark.

Services are under the direction of Stout-Phillips Funeral Home.
