Robyn Harris

Robyn Sue Harris, 66, Shawnee, Oklahoma resident, passed from this life on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 in McKinney, Texas.

Robyn was born April 7, 1954 in Wellington, Kansas to Raymond Earl White and Norma Jean (Baker) White.

Robyn’s father worked on power lines, so her family moved around during her younger years.

Robyn was a homemaker and dental assistant. Robyn loved watching her grandchildren play sports, working on her pool, traveling, and always loved to go places, especially to explore with her grandkids. She always was ready to go anywhere at any time.

Robyn married Patrick H. Harris on May 22, 1970 in Marietta, Oklahoma and he preceded her in death on May 26, 2012.

Robyn is survived by her son; Patrick Harris III and his wife Starla of Moore, Oklahoma, her two daughters; Jennifer Merrell and her husband Jordan of McKinney, Texas and Michelle Glenn and her husband Kirby of Shawnee, Oklahoma, two brothers Garey White and his wife Myrna and Kevin White and his wife Janet, her sister Tammy Edwards, thirteen grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Patrick Harris Jr.

To Celebrate Robyn’s life, there will be a funeral service held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, August 15, 2020 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma with Rev. Carl Whitfield officiating. Burial will follow at Little Cemetery.

The family requests that friends and family practice social distancing during the time of the funeral service.
