Ricky Jack Davis

Ricky Jack Davis, age 70, lifelong S e m - inole, Oklahoma resident, passed away June 4, 2020 at his home. He was born April 14, 1950 in Seminole to parents Jack E. Davis and Maxine Davis. He graduated from Varnum High School in 1968. After graduating from high school, Ricky joined the United States Army and served one tour in Vietnam. He attained the rank of Specialist 4th Class. He was an electrician and owned and operated Davis Electric. He attended Congregational Methodist Church. Ricky married Sherry Lynn Davis on April 1, 1983 in Las Vegas, Nevada and she survives him of the home. He is also survived by his mother; Maxine Davis of Seminole, Oklahoma, sons; Randy Sigle of Seminole, Oklahoma and Zack Davis and his wife Amanda of Seminole, Oklahoma, daughter; Angela Coker and her husband Chris of Shawnee, Oklahoma, sister; Pam Smith and her husband Gene of Seminole, Oklahoma and five grandchildren; Jaxson Davis, Colton Davis, Lexee Coker, Skylar Davis and Jaxee Coker. He was preceded in death by his father; Jack Davis, his mother-in-law; Inis Sigle and his niece; Nicole Daniel. The funeral service for Ricky will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 8, 2020 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma with Mike Worrell and Dwayne Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at Little Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Zack Davis, Randy Sigle, Chris Coker, Kevin Hardeman, Gene Smith and Chris Plumlee. Honorary bearers will be Larry Watson, T.C. Casey, Billy Brashears, J.C. Bowen, Bill Lozier, Larry Jernigan and Danny Wells. Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
