Randall Lozier
Randall Dean “RD” Lozier passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by loved ones on July 1, 2021, at 70 years old.
He was born to Jack Lozier and Maxine Conner Lozier on September 9, 1950, in Seminole, Oklahoma.
RD was the youngest of three boys raised in Seminole County, attending New Lima High school and graduating in 1969.
A master with his hands, RD conducted remodeling projects for former Governors George Nigh and David Boren in his earlier years. Later in life, he traveled the United States building Hobby Lobby’s. Before hitting the road, he helped use his craft to assist with building the Jasmine Moran Children’s Museum. RD can be seen driving the painted school bus mural at the museum. He was proud of his craft, and those who knew him, knew his quality.
RD was one of a kind, and there was never any guessing what was on his mind. One could say he was firm in his opinions. RD had the Willy Nelson look in his go-to cut-off jean shorts, cut up t-shirt, bandana and long hair bound in a ponytail.
RD is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Jack and Maxine.
Survivors include his daughter, Lacy Regaspi and her husband Eric, and his grandchildren, Remy and Ensley of Coral Springs, Florida; Two brothers, Bill and Jim Lozier, both of Seminole; Mother of nephews, Debra Kay Bemo-Lozier of Wewoka; Nephews Jeremiah Lozier of Seminole, Matthew Lozier and his wife Candy and son, Brooks, of Shawnee, Johnathan Lozier of Washington, D.C., and niece, Leslie Lozier, and son, Seth of Seminole; First cousins that were considered more like sisters, Tina Butner of Wewoka, Diane Conner of Seminole, Kelly Huff of Holdenville, and Tina Scott of Shawnee, along with many other extended family members.
RD’s life will be celebrated among family and close friends at his home on September 11, 2021. In lieu of flowers RD would have appreciated you celebrating his life outdoors with loved ones.
