Petra Ulrika (Adams) Thurman, Seminole resident, received her angel wings on October 1, 2019, she was 60 years old.
On April 27, 1959, Petra was born in Karlsruhe, Germany to parents Rosemarie (Bertsch) Adams and adoptive father, Howard Ellsworth Adams.
Petra married Andrew Briley on July 10, 1981 and together they had one son, Josh Briley.
Petra will be dearly missed by her family; mother, Rosemarie Adams of Seminole, Oklahoma, one son, Josh Briley of Seminole Oklahoma, two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ralph Adams and his wife Amy of Seminole, Oklahoma, and Billy Adams and his wife Kiley of Seminole, Oklahoma as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Adams.
A memorial service is scheduled at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 4, 2019 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma.
