Paula Lou Harvey

Harvey Paula Lou Harvey, longtime Seminole, Oklahoma resident, passed away on June 28, 2024 at the age of 71. She was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on August 2, 1952, to Louie Dockery and Pauline (Quisenbery) Dockery.

Paula grew up in Seminole and graduated from Seminole High School in 1970. She was a barber by trade and enjoyed knitting and playing bingo. She loved her children and grandchildren.

Left to cherish Paula’s memory are her son, Justin Harvey and his wife Janice of Asher, Oklahoma; brother Randy Dockery of Seminole, Oklahoma, her grandchildren; Austen Harvey and his wife Jordan, Doc Harvey and his fiancée Emily, Jake Harvey, Ashlyn Wren and husband Joshua, Kaden Truelove and his wife Shelby and Kody Truelove, her great-grandchildren; Palmer Harvey and Ryker, Lali and Glenda Ellen Wren and her niece Kimberly Dockery. She was preceded in death by her parents Louie and Pauline Dockery and her daughter Andrea Gibson.

A family gathering to celebrate Paula’s life will be held at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
