Maxine (Cloud) Overbey departed this life in Prague, Ok Monday, January 31, 2022 at the age of 76 years She was born April 15, 1945 in Wolf, Oklahoma to the late Daniel Cloud and Annie McCoy Cloud.
Maxine attended Chilocco School. She later worked for Ada Baptist Village as health care provider. In 1976 she married Tommy Overbey and he precedes her in death.
Maxine was a member of Gleaners Holiness Church, Wewoka.
Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Friday, February 4, 2022 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Chapel with Pastor Charles Dial and Pastor Lewis Johnson officiating. Burial we follow at Vamossa Cemetery. Viewing will be 4:00 PM to 7 PM Wednesday at Stout-Phillips Chapel. Wake will be 6:00 PM to 8 PM Thursday, February 3,2022 at Stout-Phillips Chapel.
Preceding Maxine in death are her parents, Husband, son David Cloud, siblings Barney Cloud, Geraldine Cloud, David Cloud, Holland "King" Cloud and Lee Cloud.
Those left to cherish memories of Maxine are her children Darryl Cloud of Texas, Regina "Hokte" Essary of Wewoka, Laura Faye Wilson of Ada, OK, Timothy Joe Overbey of Seminole, OK; two sisters Evelyn Coursey of Wewoka, OK and Betsy Bender of Wewoka, OK and a host of other relatives and friends.
