Lora Jean (Self) Beach passed away at the age of 83 on November 24, 2021, in Seminole, Oklahoma. She was born on November 16, 1938, to Odell Self and Jessie Lena (Martin) Self in Maud, Oklahoma. She grew up in Maud and Seminole. She enjoyed working as a CNA at Seminole Care and Rehabilitation Center. She attended the Assembly of God Church in Seminole.

Lora loved to crochet and knit afghans and doilies. She enjoyed going on bus tours and seeing the country with friends. She always worked hard to make sure her family was cared for. In her younger years, she was a homemaker and took care of foster children. She will be missed by many family members, friends and bus tour companions.

Lora is survived by her daughter, Vivian Hinds. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Danny Pensinger, Rodney Troglin and wife Jessica and Ronda Morris and her husband Mike, great-grandchildren; Britlee Morris, Gavin Morris, Trae Morris, Leo Morris, Charlee Rae Morris, Michael Troglin and wife Breanna, Leslie Reyna and husband Daniel, Brittany Troglin, Aaron Troglin, Bryson Troglin, Kaylee Nicole Jordan and Kaycee Lynn Jordan, great-great grandchild; Ruslynn Drew Troglin and special lifelong friend, Gabby Hayes. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband T.W. Beach; her son, Charles Ray Troglin; her granddaughter, Cristie Dawn Jordan and her siblings, Harold Self, Donna Kepler and Sue Sims.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Sunday, November 28, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.

Graveside services for Lora will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 29, 2021, at Cummings Cemetery in Maud, Oklahoma. Her grandson, Rodney Troglin will officiate the service. Casket bearers will be Gavin Morris, Leo Morris, Aaron Troglin, Bryson Troglin, Rodney Troglin and Daniel Reyna.

Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
