Juanita Ruth Howell of Seminole Oklahoma passed away Oklahoma City April 3rd, 2020.
She was born in St. Louis, Oklahoma May 17, 1949 to Frank and Ethel Payne Collins.
She was a nurse and child care provider.
Juanita was married to Paul R. Howell who preceded her in death.
Survivors include; one daughter, Tami, three grand children, Kenneth, Keeley Cook, Lexus and Morgan. Two brothers, Jerry Collins and Wayne Collins. Great Grand children, Christopher Brooks, Alexis Hopkins, Isabella Brooks, and Jaclynn Brooks.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Lisa Marie Cook, four siblings, Frankie Bird, John Bell Collins, Ralph Collins, Ray Scott, and great grandson Jacob Cook.
Private Family services will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 2:00 pm at the Hudson Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Holdenville, Oklahoma with Pastor John Campbell officiating.
Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home in Holdenville, Oklahoma.
