Glenn Edward Stafford, 74, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away October 23, 2019.

He was born April 20, 1945, in Wewoka, Oklahoma, to W.E. and Angie Lorene Stafford, who preceded him in death.

Glenn started working at a young age as a paperboy and was a boy scout in his younger years.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1963 to 1966.

Glenn worked for Clausing Feed and Seed, Tuboscope, and in 1969, shortly after marrying Loretta, he went to work for Texas Pacific Railroad and retired from Union Pacific Railroad in 1994. Glenn was currently serving on Willowbrook POA Board.

Glenn loved the Lord, hunting, deer camp, cooking, music, road trips, and was a history buff. He loved to travel to civil war battlefields, always reading, and had a beautiful singing voice. Glenn could out-talk just about anyone and was very quick-witted. There was never a dull moment around him.

Glenn loved his family more than anything and leaves behind his wife of 50 years, Loretta Stafford; son, Jeremy Stafford (Candy); grandsons, Jason Stafford, Jordan Stafford all of Hot Springs; sister, Wanda Callison (Tom) of Holdenville, Oklahoma; sister-in-law, Connie Perez of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews; and many wonderful friends.

Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.

A celebration of Glenn’s life will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Houck officiating. Glenn was so loved and will be missed by all who knew him. Online condolences at www.caruth-hale.com.
