George W. Allen Jr. went to his eternal home on Friday, July 16, 2021 in Ada, OK.
He was born January 3, 1959 in Seminole, OK to the late George Wayne Allen Sr. and Mary G. Yancy.
He was a graduate of New Lima school and after graduation he joined the US Navy. On July 26, 2011 he married Teresa Smith.
George was a avid hunter, OU fan, fisherman and loved baseball and OU football.
Preceding George in death are his parents, grandparents George and Mattie Allen, and Mr. and Mrs Lon Yancey, brothers Troy Allen and Lonnie Presley.
Survivors include his wife Teresa Allen of the home; one son Dakota Allen and wife Shelby of Pittsburg, TX; three grandchildren Aiston, Hunter, and Bella; step-children Craig Campbell and Dee, Travis Campbell, Bryce Campbell, Levi Campbell and wife Candi, Sylvia Sterling and husband Kelly; siblings Mike Presley, of Wewoka, OK, Jeanie Jones of Broken Arrow, Donna Harris of Seminole, OK, Pam Kinder of Stratford, OK, Paula Allen of Wewoka, OK, Roy Allen of Wewoka, OK, Tracy Allen of Wewoka, OK, Angie Allen of Ada,OK , Melody and Bruce Finnie of Cromwell, OK : step-grandchildren Avery, Eli, Travis, Hannah, Aiden, Charlotte, Luke and a host of other relatives and friends.
Honorary pall bearers will be Raymond Cain, Tony Bevelhymer, Eddie Jones, Roy Allen and Milton “Cobb” Avery.
Pall bearers will be Craig Campbell, Travis Campbell, Bryce Campbell, Levi Campbell, Dakota Allen and Dee Henson.
Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM Friday July 23, 2021 at Wewoka Church of Christ with Palmer Smith and Gage Coldwater officiating and burial at Oakwood Cemetery.
