Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 74.

Fred was born January 17th, 1945 in Sasakwa, Oklahoma to Thomas Billie Sr. and Elsie Mae (McGirt) Faulkner.

He attended Holdenville public schools. Fred married Mary Ann Fixico June 18, 1962 in Holdenville, Oklahoma.

Fred served his country in the Army National Guard.

Fred is preceded in death by his parents, 2 daughters; Cynthia Harper, Christine Billy, brothers; Raymond McGirt, Samuel Powell, Gary Lynn Faulkner, Ricky Wayne Faulkner, Larry Faulkner, sisters; Mary Louise Billie, and Debra Billie.

He is survived by his wife Mary Ann, daughter Doretha Billy of Sapulpa, son Randall Billy of Holdenville, Cheryl Diaz and husband Norberto of Holdenville, sisters; Lucille Farber of Holdenville, Janie Harjo of Holdenville, Teresa Conley of Chickasha, Lisa Billie of Seminole, Frances Pierce of Seminole, Wanda Coody of Konawa, Becky Pemberton of Konawa, brothers; Thomas Billie Jr. of Shawnee, Lester Billie of Seminole, Danny Billie of Edmond, Dennis Billie of Seminole, Keith Billie of Konawa, Jimcy McGirt of Holdenville, Danny Faulkner of Wewoka, Terry Faulkner of Holdenville, Tony Faulkner of Tulsa.

Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Wednesday October 9, 2019 at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Danny Faulkner officiating with Frank Moppin assisting.

Interment will follow at Yeager Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Holdenville, Oklahoma.
