Walker Frankie Gene Walker Jr., age 69, resident of Konawa, Oklahoma passed away in his home on November 11, 2024 at 3:30 am. Frankie was born on August 11, 1955 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Frankie Gene Walker Sr. and Betty Lou (Stacy) Walker. He was the oldest of five children. Frankie was a 1973 graduate of Konawa High School.

After graduation, Frankie went to work as a welder and rig hand in the oil field for many years until he was blown off of a rig floor and broke his neck and back. He worked as a cowboy on many ranches and many feedlots in the panhandle of Oklahoma and Texas. He also drove a cattle truck all over the United States. In his later years, he enjoyed running a dozer, farming the land and tending to his long horn cattle. He was an excellent mechanic as well and could fix just about anything. Frankie was a talented musician his whole life. He loved to sing, play the fiddle and the guitar.

Frankie was a man of many things including being a father to his three children; son, Shawn Green, born in 1974 and two daughters, Crystal Ramsey, born in 1976; and Rebecca Ortiz, born in 1983. Frankie was a father figure to many over the years, including his two stepdaughters, Tisha Colbert and Alesha Brewer. In 2002 Frankie married his loving wife Debbie Jolly, whom he would spend the rest of his life with.

Frankie’s greatest joys in life were his wife and family. He always made sure each and every one of them knew how much he loved them. He was loved by all who knew him and will be deeply missed. Frankie loved and knew his Lord and Savior. We can find peace in knowing that we will see him again someday in Heaven.
