Dale Allen Brooks

Dale Allen Brooks age 74, passed away at his home in Wewoka, OK on Wednesday, July 20, 2022. He was born December 12, 1947 in Wharton, TX to the late Matty Merle (Frankam) Reynolds.

Dale married Gigi Brooks (Bryant) on October 5, 1985 in Cortez, Colorado. He served as a Sergeant in the Army, Dale was awarded the national defense service medal, over seas service bars, Vietnam service medal, republic of Vietnam campaign medal, republic of Vietnam gallantry cross unit citation with palm, good conduct medal, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry from the Vietnam Government, Presidential Unit Citation, and sharpshooter qualification badge. He worked as a heavy rigger-crane operator for HB Zachry INC. Dale is preceded in death by his parents, Matty Merle Frakam Reynolds and Morris Reynolds. He is survived by his wife, Gigi Brooks of the home, children, Michael Cain Brooks of Harlington, TX, Jared Sturgill of Arlington, TX, Harrisson Lee Brooks of Wewoka, OK, Jennifer Delena Brooks of Wewoka, OK, 13 grandchildren, siblings, Bill Wade Reynolds of Seminole, OK, Connie Reynolds, Jody Ross Reynolds of Odem TX, and Molly Reynolds.

Memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, July 29, 2022 at Stout-Phillips Chapel in Wewoka, OK with Pastor Garrett Napier officiating. Arrangements by Stout-Phillips Funeral Home in Wewoka, Oklahoma.
