Charles Kemp

Charles Gregory Kemp (Coach Kemp) was a Seminole resident who passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2023 at his home, at the age of 56 years old. Coach Kemp was born on September 1, 1967 in Wewoka, OK to Arnold G. Kemp and Alzetta L. Doolittle (Kemp).

Coach Kemp is survived by his son, Levi Kemp of Seminole, Oklahoma; sister, Veronica Gay (Kemp) of Arizona; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and many other family and friends.

Coach Kemp was preceded in death by his mother, Alzetta L. Doolittle (Kemp); father, Arnold G. Kemp; brothers, Arnell C. Kemp, Denardo Kemp and Christopher Blu Kemp and his grandparents, Clyde and Herlena Spencer.

A memorial service celebrating Coach Kemp’s life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at the Seminole High School Gymnasium. Rev. Kevin Hardeman will officiate. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole Oklahoma.
