Carol Dean

Carol Sue Dean of Seminole, Oklahoma, passed away tragically in an automobile accident on September 5, 2020 at the age of 49.

She was born July 19, 1971 in Red Cloud, Nebraska to parents Clayton Lee Dean and Camille Elizabeth (Oldham) Dean.

She attended high school in Southern Kansas and received her GED certificate.

She moved to the Shawnee/Seminole area in 1988.

Carol was a medical transcriptionist for over 15 years at St. Anthony’s Hospital and was a homemaker.

Carol is survived by her mother; Camille Dean, her son; Tyler Clayton Dean, her daughter; Carley Abbott and her husband Dakota, sisters; Vanessa Marshall, Anne White, Mary Howerton and Ariane Cabral, 4 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father Clayton Lee Dean.

The Memorial Service for Carol will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 11, 2020 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole with Carl Whitfield officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
