Calvin Louis Neely, age 86 and a former resident of Sasakwa, Oklahoma, passed away October 13, 2023 at Mercy Hospital in Ada, Oklahoma.
A graveside service was held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Vamoosa Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen in Konawa, Oklahoma.
Calvin was born May 11, 1937 in Konawa to Earl Elmer Neely and Dessie May (Barrett) Neely. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force from June, 1957 until June, 1964. He also served in the National Guard until July, 1975.
He is survived by three daughters, Pamela K. DeLozier and husband, Earl of Ada, Oklahoma, Paula R. Allred and husband, Keith of Ada, and Christa D. Gerhold and husband, Charles of Columbus, Ohio; one brother, David Neely of Prague, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Dovana Pennington; and one brother, Carl Neely.
