Brian Subelka

Brian Patrick Subelka, 47, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma resident, passed away, Monday June 22, 2020 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Brian was born on September 6, 1972 in Kansas City, Kansas to Frank Subelka and Teresa Marie Bartosh.

Brain grew up in McClouth, Kansas and spent most of his adult life in Seminole and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Brian loved wood working, painting war miniatures, trail hiking, playing with his wife and dog Gus.

Brian married the love of his life Rebecca Ann (Streets) Subelka on December 10, 1999 at Harvey Road Baptist Church in Seminole, Oklahoma. Brian was a Senior Web Developer at Karsun an FAA Government Contractor.

Brian is survived by his loving wife; Rebecca Ann Subelka of the home in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, his mother Teresa Bartosh and Jackie Phifer, four brothers; Jonathan Bartosh and his wife Ange, Adam Subelka and his wife Lauren, Danial Subelka and his wife Amber and Nathan Subelka; two sisters; Amy Subelka-Wilson and her husband Marc Wilson and Heather Bartosh.

He was preceded in death by his father Frank Subelka, his brother Matthew Subelka and grandparents John and Joan Bartosh.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, June 25, 2020 at the Little Cemetery, north of Seminole, Oklahoma with Brent Hoskison officiating.

Casket bearers will be Del Bartosh, Scott Bartosh, Billy Baldwin, Eric Haworth, Marc Wilson and David Haworth.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
