Annetta G. (Wyrick) Ward was born on October 27, 1942 in Cromwell, Oklahoma to Glen Franklin and Helen Marie (McMullin) Wyrick. She passed away Thursday, October 5th, 2023 at her home in Seminole, Oklahoma.

Annetta was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Francis Ward Jr.; their infant son, Virgil Francis Ward III; grandson, Steven Lee Davis; parents, Glen and Helen Wyrick; parents in-law, Virgil Francis Ward Sr. and wife Dora Ward; sister and brother in-law, Evelyn Yvonne (Wyrick) and Joel Henry Heathcott, their son, Chris Heathcott; and brother in-law, Frederick Eugene Guild.

Annetta is survived by her children, Glenna Marie and husband Michael K. Van-Zant, Jennifer Ann Ward; brother, Ronald Glen Wyrick and wife Sue; sister, Linda Faye (Wyrick) Guild; special sister, Leonna Taber; several nephews and their wives, along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral service was held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, October 9, 2023 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Chapel in Wewoka, OK. with Daniel Roberts officiating.

The family does not wish to receive flowers but a card would be nice or a donation to your favorite charity in her memory is welcome.
