Dale worked as a carpenter in the home construction industry. Dale is survived by his brothers; Richard Conway, Charles Conway and Clarence Conway and sisters; Doris Carter, Clarice Caggs, Alta Griffis and Freeda Conway. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers; Jerry Conway, Larry Conway, Alonzo Conway, Larance Conway and Johnny Conway. No services for Dale are planned at this time. Cremation services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
Read moreRay Wilcox, 88, of Seminole Ok went home to be with the Lord on May 30th, 2020. Ray was born on February 13th, 1932 to William and Mabel (Hettenback) Wilcox in Seminole OK. He was one of nine children. He served his country in the Air Force from 1952 to 1955, serving overseas in Germany. While enlisted he received the National Defense Service Medal and the Occupational Medal Germany. He then married the love of his life Betty Lou McMahan on August 13th, 1955. Ray was a hard-working man who would do anything for his family. He spent most of his adult life working as a truck driver for C&J Trucks. Ray is preceeded in death by his wife Betty Lou Wilcox, three sons — Leonard Wayne Wilcox, David Wayne Wilcox and Michael Ray Wilcox. One daughter — Vena Kay Wilcox. His parents William and Mabel Wilcox, four brothers— Doyle “Buddy” Wilcox, Grover Wilcox, Bobby Wilcox, and Virgal Ketchum, three sisters — Ruby Michael, Margie Stoops and Lilla Robertson. He is survived by daughter Tammy Walker and daughter in law Tina Wilcox, one siter Mary Scott, Granddaughters Amy Medina and husband Joshua, Amber Staring, Rebecca Wilcox, Aundria Moore and husband Eddie. Grandsons Steven Wilcox and wife Lea, Greg Wilcox and wife Brenda. Great Grandchildren Hunter Staring, Ethan Staring, Rowdi Medina, Easton Staring, Alexandria Haskins, Nathanel Carter, Jeremiah Bailey, Patricia Bailey, Emmaleigh Moore, Kenneth Moore, Shaylyn Moore, Gavin Moore, Gage Moore, Kaylee Wilcox, Nicolas Wilcox, Richard Thomas JR, Cody Thomas, Markie Wilcox, Benjamin Wilcox and GreatGreat Grandchildren Lillian Wilcox, Harmony Thomas, Richard Thomas III, Jason Thomas, Jasmine Thomas. There will be a public viewing for family and friends Wednesday June 3rd from 5pm to 7pm. Ray will be honored in a ceremony Thursday June 4th, 2020 at 2pm at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, followed by graveside services at Little Cemetery. The family welcomes anyone who would like to pay their respects to join them as he is laid to rest. Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
