Read moreMUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Jacob Thomas Decker, age 28, of Dallas, Texas was sentenced to 150 months’ imprisonment, and 3 years of supervised release for Possession With Intent To Distribute Methamphetamine, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(C). The charges arose from an investigation by the Durant Police Department, the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the District 22 District Attorneys Task Force, and the Drug Enforcement Administration. The Indictment alleged that on January 16, 2019 the defendant knowingly and intentionally possessed with intent to distribute a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance.

The managed care organizations’ contracts will require them to share the financial risk associated with providing care to members. The request for proposals is expected to be released this fall.
