They bought the building from the Seminole Area Community Development department by way of a lease purchase in April of 2018. The purchase was for a total of $900,000, which Seminole Public Schools has agreed to pay out through a 12-year agreement of 144 payments. As of right now, 25 of those payments have been made.

It took place on the football field and graduates were allowed 10 admissiongranting wrist bands to give to loved ones.
