The first day of classes for the 2020-2021 school year at Seminole Public Schools remains on target for this week on Friday August 21 . We are anxious to get back to some degree of a normal school routine, even though we know we must be prepared for changes based on pandemic events and updated guidance. Employees have been planning and preparing for all three options for students including self-paced virtual, blended distance learning, and traditional in-person classes. Safety protocol for social distancing, routine sanitization procedures and symptom checklist will be in place daily. Parents and families with students enrolled at Seminole Schools should have already been contacted with information about the new school year, and if you have not been contacted, please call the school (405. 382-5085). Information is also available on the school’s website (www.sps.k12.ok.us).
