One man, identified as David Lewis, is in jail after a vehicle and phone that he allegedly stole out of Prague was found in Seminole. According to reports, Corporal Dillon Whetstine with the Seminole Police Department received a call on Oct. 3 , regarding a stolen vehicle located in the area of Milt Phillips and Sims in Seminole. The vehicle was a white Chevrolet single cab pickup, along with the phone. The owner of the phone was logged in remotely, tracking its location.
