The luncheon meeting will be held from noon to 1 p.m. in the Haney Center at Seminole State College Steele is a former Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, presiding over the 53rd Legislature. He was elected to represent District 26 in the House on November 7, 2000, and was term-limited out of office in 2012. During his tenure in office, he led the charge on a number of reforms in the areas of health care, human services and criminal justice.
