Read moreA Seminole woman who has been behind bars for over three decades in relation to her husband’s murder could soon be set free under the recently enacted “Oklahoma Survivor’s Act.” In 1990, Lisa Moss was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for conspiracy, solicitation for first degree murder and first-degree murder in the death of Mike Moss. Lisa was not actually present when the murder occurred and her brother, Richard Wright, pleaded guilty to the crime. Wright, now 60, was sentenced to life without parole and is currently housed in the Joseph Harp Correctional Center in Lexington. Moss is incarcerated in the Mable Bassett Correctional Center in McCloud.
