Melissa Hathaway

Melissa May Hathaway, 50-year-old Seminole, Oklahoma resident, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Melissa was born November 30, 1968 in Menomonie, Wisconsin to parents Jimmie Lee Lightle, Jr. and Mary Ellen (Cotts) Lightle. Melissa married Michael Hathaway on March 2, 2012 in Wisconsin. She was a caregiver.

Melissa is survived by her daughters; Michelle Atkins, Jessy Ford and Bella Hathaway, all of Seminole, Oklahoma, her son; Joe Jones of Seminole, Oklahoma, brother; Jammie Lightle and sisters; Becky Baker, Laura Traun and Kathy Suddith.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lightle, her step-father; Jerald Traun and grandpar-

Hathaway ents Richard and Betty Cotts.

Memorial services for Melissa will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, June 15, 2019 and the Seminole Church of Christ, 12040 North Highway 99 in Seminole, Oklahoma, with Arpoika Daniels officiating.

Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma is in charge of the services.
