Lacy Cumpton

Lacy Sané Cumpton, Wewoka resident, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022 in Wewoka, at the age of 31. Lacy was born on March 18, 1991 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Bill Ray Cumpton and Vausy (Coots) Vernell. Lacy loved animals, watching Disney movies and spending time with family.

Lacy is survived by her two brothers, John Carr of Bowlegs, OK and Daniel Carr of Bowlegs, OK; sister, Terri Walker of Seminole, OK; two nephews, Kody Stewart and Kaden White; niece, Kaylyn Lehman; cousins, Braxton Patton and McKinley Jones and many other family and friends.

Lacy was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Krystal Carr and Diane Carr; brother, Frank Cumpton and grandmother, Helen Coots.

The family extends a special thank you to the staff at Elmwood Manor in Wewoka and Traditions Hospice for their compassionate care.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
