Classified Display
Advertising.......$ 4.64 per column inch The Producer reserves the right
to reject, edit, revise and properly classify all advertising submitted for
publication. The Publisher also reserves the right to cancel any advertisement at
any time. The first insertion of an advertisement is proof of publication.
Adjustment will be made on the basis of the first insertion only, and liability will be
limited to the actual cost of the first insertion. All ads subject to credit
approval.

We have a flat fee of $ 325.00 for inserts of a single sheet up to 16 pages. Larger insert
rates available on request. Circulation of 5,400 copies times 5.99 equals
$325.00. All inserts are handled in-house and inserted by hand. As a matter of policy, we
prefer boxed inserts and not skids, no fork lift available. We prefer to take delivery of
inserts Tuesdays through Friday, 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m.. Our shipping address for pre-prints

Deadlines
Deadlines for publication. Display Advertising and Classified Display ads must be in office by 12:00 noon day preceding publication , except Sunday, 12:00 noon Friday. Classified reader type ads must be in office by 4:30p.m. day preceding publication.
